In order to use myACCESS your browser must meet certain minimum requirements. To the left you will see the results of tests that have been performed on your browser. If you are seeing this page, your browser has failed one or more of the tests.

In most cases a failure indicates that you are simply using an older browser. We would like to suggest that you take this opportunity to perform an upgrade. myACCESS will work with the latest version of nearly all popular browsers. The following is a list of the browsers that we support for use with myACCESS. (Please see our terms and conditions at the bottom of this page)

  Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
  Netscape Navigator 6.0 or higher
  Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or higher

If you are already using one of the browsers listed above, then your current settings are causing a test to fail. You can find information on possible causes for a test failure in our help file. If you need assistance changing your settings, please contact customer support.
